Your personalized lifting plan; complete with muscle group, lift recommendations, set range, rep range, tailored to your goals to get you results.

Watch Mike explain and perform each lift with proper form and helpful cues. Accompanying notes covering FAQs, variations, and other nuances specific to each exercise will also be found in each video’s caption. Library will be updated regularly, and access to all videos lasts as long as you are a subscribing Family member.

Once a week, we’ll schedule a 30-minute call to go over your progress, programming, etc.

Once a month, Mike will hold a live Family meeting where we can discuss questions on form, exercise selection, nutrition; whatever needs arise.
